Please know that your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and we will work tirelessly to achieve that. We strive always to make your experience with us a pleasure.

Upon delivery of your Arcametti work, please inspect your purchase immediately. If there is any serious damage to the packaging container, you should make a detailed written and photographic documentation of the damages and be sure to note it on the delivery/shipping documents before returning them to the driver. If you then discover any damage(s) to the actual tree stand perch (or accessories) upon unboxing it should likewise be documented in both written and photographic form.

In either event, please contact us immediately at info@arcametti.com but within two (2) days from the date of delivery at the latest. Your written and photographic documentation should accompany your correspondence. If you have, in fact, received a damaged or incorrect item, we will work with you diligently to make things right.

Items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item is within the shipping process, cancellation is not possible. As all Arcametti works are one-of-a-kind items, they are not eligible for arbitrary returns or exchanges.

You will be responsible for return shipping, insurance, and all related charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc). Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

In the event you have any problem or concern with an order we will work with you to ensure the issue is resolved to the best of our ability.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

To cancel a recent order, please contact us at: info@arcametti.com at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note however that our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As such, we are unable to cancel or change requests once the order has entered the shipping process.
